To fit them comfortably, use the draw-string around, to tighten the slippers around the foot and tie in a little bow at the front. Ballet shoes are provided with spare elastics which you can choose to sew on at home, for extra hold across the foot.

Ballet slippers come-up small so we advise choosing between 1 or 1.5 sizes bigger than the normal child's UK shoe size for comfort.
