Please read this section carefully before continuing with your order.
Please take care with the detailed requirements of your order and contact us for advice if in any doubt regarding size or fabric choice. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order. Unless the item is out of stock, this is the completion of the contract between yourself and Little Bevan Ltd.
The products are as described by us. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions but if you feel that the description is misleading, you are entitled to return the goods to us.
Bespoke and Made to order: apart from ‘ivory’ colour choice, all coloured silk garments are specifically made to your order requirements and therefore are non returnable – please ensure you are absolutely sure of the size and colour you need before placing your order. Made to order coloured pieces are delivered in 28 days, urgent orders are sometimes possible but please contact us before placing your order. If we confirm that we able to meet your requirements an extra charge of £20 per separate and £40 per dress and £8 per sash and small accessories (e.g. Hair bow etc) will be charged.
Colours and fabrics
Please note that colours cannot always be accurately represented on-line therefore we recommend requesting a colour fabric swatch before placing your order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Little Bevan Ltd is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Little Bevan Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
Little Bevan Ltd makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations.
If you are not totally satisfied when you receive your order and if you have any queries please contact us first and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Ready to wear, accessories and shoes: if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for a different size if preferred or make a refund.

Please note that final sale items, tights, and delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility.

To cancel an order, the customer must send written notice of cancellation to Little Bevan Ltd within 3 working days after having placed your order. If Little Bevan Ltd is unable to deliver the goods within 28 days of the date of order, the customer will, be entitled to cancel the order, and require to be refunded any monies paid to Little Bevan Ltd in respect of that order.
Title in the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Little Bevan Ltd.
All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site must be correct.
The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us must be your own or your company’s card, which you are authorised to use, and you must ensure that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices shown are inclusive of vat where applicable at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. Childrenswear is zero rated.
Little Bevan Ltd will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. We will never ask for your financial details via email.
We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of the littlebevan.co.uk web pages are owned or controlled by Little Bevan Ltd. In accessing littlebevan.co.uk, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Little Bevan Ltd reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
